Shipping policy
At Amber and Stone, we want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner. We offer shipping to customers within the United States.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and the destination. You will see the shipping cost at the checkout before you complete your order.
Processing Time:
Ready to Ship items are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. However, please note that during peak periods, processing times may be longer. Made to Order items are usually processed and ready for shipment within 2-7 business days. Peak seasons may lengthen the fabrication time of Made to Order items.
Shipping Time:
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping time does not affect the fabrication time of Made to Order pieces.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We take great care to ensure that your order is shipped safely and securely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (for damages within 5 days of receipt) so that we can resolve the issue. Amber & Stone is not responsible for order delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error. Customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery fees.
